SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 159                                     
"An Act relating to sale, gift, exchange, possession, and purchase            
of tobacco and tobacco products; and providing for an effective                
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
SSHB 159 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the              
Finance Committee.
